IRS issues FAQ on Tangible Property Regulations

Well the IRS has issued an FAQ on the Tangible Property Regulations. I guess it is a simplification as the FAQ is only 10 pages compared to the 100s of pages of regs. The following is the link to the IRS FAQ.
